How Do I Get Schwan to Come to My House?
Schwan’s is widely spread in the US, they deliver to their customers in different areas. What makes the grocery store unique is that even if a Route Sales Representative isn’t available in your delivery location, they have partnered with UPS and FedEx to ensure they can come to your house. The only challenge is that your payment option will be restricted to debit or credit card and not in-person for EBT SNAP payment
Your order will be delivered in a foam cooler filled with ice to make the items fresh.
What type of payment does Schwan accept for delivery options?
The type of payment to use on Schwan’s depends on how you want your groceries to be delivered to you in the US. You can opt for a truck to door service where a route sales driver comes to you once a month or once every two weeks or go with the mail delivery service. This service uses FedEx or UPS courier agents to deliver the food directly to your preferred location.
Whichever works for you is fine but note that you can only use EBT card payment options for a truck to door delivery and not mail delivery service. For mail delivery, you’d be required to make payment online with American Express credit cards, Debit Cards, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or Schwan’s Home Delivery gift card
You need to call Schwan’s at 1-888 SCHWAN’S to place the order. But as of this time, the company may be strict on Covid policies and social distance rules. The EBT card option requires your driver to manually charge your card which can only be done by hand, so you need to contact customer care at Schwan to confirm this.

The EBT card must be presented to your Route Sales Representative (RSR) at the time your groceries are delivered, however, to avoid payment issues, a debit/card must be entered on preorder, this option won’t charge you, you can change the payment option at delivery to your EBT card.
